Haicheng Sanyan Mining Co.,Ltd.,occupies the land of 160,000m2,and has the modernized factory with 38,000m2 building area. The Company built a 80 thousand KVA primary transformer station and 30 sets of 5000KVA electric fused magnesia furnaces, with 200 thousand tons electric fused magnesia production capacity each year. Four modern tunnel kilns with 120m long, with burned bricks annual capacity of 100 thousand tons. The Company also has complete auxiliary equipment, advanced dust-removing equipment which comes up to the environmental protection standards. The electric fused magnesia,burned magnesia bricks have high quality and stable performance, which gains the unanimous recognition of the users from domestic and abroad.

Haicheng sanyxing mining CO.,TLD.

The caustic calcined magnesia production line has 24 reverberatory kilns with advanced technology and refined equipments .The annual capacity is 360 thousand tons.

The high purity magnesia production line has 4 kilns with annual capacity of 200 thousand tons.

Haicheng Sanxing Mining Co., Ltd. completed the installation of the most advanced and perfect SCR desulfurization, denitration and dust removal integrated system equipment in the industry in August 2020. It meets the requirements of DB-21<emission standard of air pollutants for magnesia refractory industry> of Liaoning Province. It is equipped with on-line monitoring facilities and meets the national environmental protection emission requirements.

Haicheng jinma mineral products CO.,LTD.  

The dead burned magnesia production line has 18 shaft kilns,the plant realizes the smoke-free production of magnesia kiln, which comes up the environmental-protecting standards." Jinzhu" Brand dead burned magnesia produced by the Company is well -known both at home and aboard,it meet DBM-92 national standard.The annual capacity is 350 thousand tons.

The products of two middle grade magnesia kilns meet DBM-95 national standard,the annual capacity of middle grade magnesia is 100thousand tons.

The kiln is equipped with perfect dust removal equipment and on-line detection, which meets the national emission requirements.

Haicheng fengchi refractories plant

Subsidiary of Fengchi group:Refractories plant,set up in 1985,the plant is one of the earliest factories that produce magnesia carbon brick in China. It has advanced equipment and complete auxiliary facilities, the plant now has 14 sets of brick presses (including 1 set of 1600 tons vacuum friction press, 3 sets of 1000 tons presses, and 8 sets of 800 tons presses and 2 sets of D67 brick presses) 9 sets of sand mixers, 10 infrared drying kilns,and kinds of other equipment and facilities now, the plant has the capability to produce 60 thousand unbuirned refractory bricks, 100 thousand tons of burned bricks,50 thousand tons unshaped refractories and 50 thousand of metallurgical materials each year.

Fengchi Group R & D center has a metallurgical refractory industry's most advanced testing equipment.There are more than 30 secondary and senior scientific and technical personnel who are engaged in research and development in metallurgical refractory industry.
